Our Corporate Office is located in San Jose, California, but the initial project this Onsite Construction Project Manager will be assigned to is located in Boulder City, Nevada. In reporting directly to our VP of Operations this Solar Panel Onsite Construction Project Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing Solar Panel Construction Projects in line with company goals, financial parameters, and within the project39s timeline and specification with the purpose of optimizing revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Construction Project Managers are responsible for developing the Solar Panel Alternative Energy project execution plan. Construction Project Managers are expected to continuously manage and review progress to goals and project plans - Identify gaps to plans - and initiate recovery action plans. Solar Panel Alternative Energy Onsite Construction Project Manager Role and Assignments include but are not limited to Customers Interaction - Maintain effective relationships with customer and partners. - Advocate for be an ambassador for the company New Business Business Development - Source Acquire new solar panel alternative energy projects - Quote and manage new project to meet new business partners. Current Business - Manage solar panel alternative energy construction projects to meet financial goals - Manage projects to spec and plan - Establish project execution plan - Action plan to fix problem jobs - Stay connected to project from beginning to end Organization - Collaborate with company groups to bid execute - Work with ProductionCIGCustomer to meet project plan objectives - Coordinate with Purchasing Details - Maintain Business Info System accurately - Use Details System to track project and pipeline status - focus on key problems - Salesforce, pipeline info managementupkeep. Staff Development - Assist in trainingdevelopment of new hires assigned to support projects Solar Panel Alternative Energy Onsite Construction Project Manager Requirements and Experience Needed - Min of a High-school degree or GED. College diploma in Construction Management or closely related position is preferred but not required. Degree can be substituted by transferrable solar panel alternative energy construction industry experience. - Perfect applicant will have a min of 4yrs of solar panel, wind, or alternative energy power construction project managerial experience.
